A crazy thing happened when I stopped my grueling, daily, hour and a half long workouts and started working out for less than 30 minutes; I lost 8 pounds in 10 days. At age 45 I was losing control of my body even though I was working harder than I ever had before. A working mom and life long, avid fitness person, I knew that there had to be a better way. The trick is in the workout. Pilates trained; I took my base knowledge, tied resistance bands all over my furniture and R & Ded for months, finally getting to that “Aha Moment.”
